Roanoke Texas Block Project

Here you can see that we have started the cmu block wall on the completed footing. By excavating out the grade on either side of the wall, our experts allowed us to break this concrete grout fill into two separate pours. This ensures that the cement will full encase the bottom of the block where it makes contact with the footing and concrete stem wall. The #6 rebar is the fully grouted during this first pour. All step downs were precisely measured out at the expansion joints.

Masonry Commercial Monument Sign

This is a new monument sign or a commercial company. We also built their rear screening wall.

Footing Detail

Heavy duty rebar bent and tied to spec the wall to the engineered plans. All tied and spaced according.

New Commercial Columns

Masonry dry stacked column for our Hillwood and First Service Commercial Customers. These columns were built improperly previously without any block core or if there was a cmu block, they didn't install wall ties into the stone to secure the veneer. They also didn't adhere the caps which have yet to be set in these photos.
