Poured Concrete Wall

This is a new poured concrete wall that started out as a low tier wall where it began, then is formed out with the turnbuckle BBOE system up to about 4' in height above grade. The framing and bracing is crucial in a good pour. Without it, you can see bends in the wall and buckling of the forms. 95% prep, and 5% pour. Use the right concrete mixture will allow stripping of the forms in proper timing to allow for a trowel finish. Vibrating to remove air bubbles is also imperative.

Concrete Footing

This is the concrete footing rebar for our below grade pour. All steel has passed inspection at this point by the City of Southlake. We are using a ground pump to pour the footing. Once is is completed, the rebar stubs into the CMU block wall.
